CVC Post- Hemodialysis Vital Signs: BP Temp PR RR Post- procedure Notes: Hemodialysis treatment completed and terminated. Treatment well-tolerated with net UF of ___ mL. BVP ____. CVC ports flushed with NS, clamped and capped with Tego. Patient asymptomatic post-treatment; denies complaints and discomfort.
